Extraction by Tri5tate Extraction by Tri5tate
Made out of stock images and some stuff I created myself.
The first soldier is made out of 52 layers.

The whole PSD has around 225 layers in it.
Took 11 hours to make.

Original size: 3838x2454.

This is a completely sick piece, all the more impressive by how you managed to put it all together.  Quite seamless.  This is so great.  An alternate title could also be Exfil.  That seems to be a pretty popular word among former SF guys who write books.  They alternate between exfil and extraction.

Thanks man! Well, I might save Exfil for a upcoming piece, you never know. :)

Calling the soldier "layer" would be wrong since he consists of many layers - body, balaclava, helmet, goggles, goggle effect, helmet camera, patch, text and so on. Add light modifications, texture replacements and adjustment layers and it's pretty much up there along 50 layers. :) I could merge them, but then again I like to be able to move things later on if I change my mind.

Sorry I meant to say man. :) But is the soldier body + arms with gun 1 stock? Could you perhaps link some stocks you used? And if that is to much work I would like to see which stock you used for the soldier. Just the base stock.
